Our Policies

Services are non-refundable.
Appointments are held with a debit card. At the time of service, you can alternatively use a gift certificate.
The full service fee will be charged for cancellations or no-shows without 24 hours notice.
Preferred payment 1. Cash 2. Venmo 3. Credit Card with $1 Fee
In store credit only with all product exchanges and returns.
All gift certificates are non refundable, and have no cash value.
All services are subject to change.
Appointments 15 min or later will need to be rescheduled.
Please leave children home when not receiving a service.
