What are the differences between Botox and dermal fillers?
While both Botox and dermal fillers involve injections, they are not the same. Botox is injected to stop muscle movements that result in wrinkles. Botox is usually used on the forehead and around the eyes, while dermal fillers can be applied to lips, cheeks and your overall face. What is the difference between Botox & Dysport?
Both Botox and Dysport are FDA approved medications used to treat the frown lines between the eyebrows (Glabella) and lines at the sides of the eyes (Crow’s feet). The effects of Botox are seen 3-7 days after injection and last about 3 months.
