YOGA


Beginning Yoga Instruction in basic yoga postures to build strength, stamina, flexibility and balance. Includes breathing and relaxation techniques as well.

Restorative Yoga RESERVATIONS REQUIRED
Jessica, Certified in Yoga Therapy, guides students to deep relaxation with breathing and mindfulness instruction. Through this practice yoga is revealed. Relax in supported postures to release muscle tension, restore the nervous system and soothe the mind. Class time is divided into several postures, students spend 5–10 minutes in each posture allowing the body and mind to become deeply restored. Tuesday and Thursday 7:30pm-8:30pm

Zen Yoga & Meditation
RESERVATIONS REQUIRED
Jackie Brinkerhoff,Yoga Instructor and Creator of Zen Yoga & Meditation. Based on principles of Hatha Yoga and Tai Chi, this class leverages energy and gentle postures to help restore flexibility and energy flow to the body. Guided meditations and visualizations infused with Reiki energy provide a gentle and relaxing practice. Private Sessions Available Thursday and  Friday 5pm-8pm Saturday 10am-5pm

Power Yoga
RESERVATIONS REQUIRED
Power Yoga: Level 1-2 In this class, we will move fluidly through a challenging vinyasa practice while encouraging each practitioner to move into the poses to their own degree. Modifications will always be offered and encouraged; making this class great for the seasoned practitioner.Power Yoga Flow: Level 2-3 This intermediate level class is great for experienced practitioners and those who are ready for a challenge! We will explore advanced variations of sequencing and postures, and explore the practices of pranayama (breathing exercises), creative sequencing, intermediate backbends, arm balances, inversions, and seated meditation. Pre-requisite: At least 6 months experience practicing power vinyasa yoga.


Pole Fitness


Beginner to Pole FitnessLearn basic pole fitness moves to get you moving around the pole comfortably and safely. You will also learn some easy but elegant spins. This course focuses on improving your strength, co-ordination and stamina. Coving a variety of dance moves, floorwork, spins and even a basic climb and sit. We also start prepping for inverted tricks. What to Wear: Comfortable clothing; fitted shorts that expose all of the upper thigh (i.e. booty shorts). No jewelry, no lotions/oils.

Pole SpinAdd a new dynamic to your pole repertoire by executing moves with the pole in spin mode. This means the pole itself spins rather than your body spinning around the pole. You will start with the basics such as controlling the speed of the rotation, sustaining moves for longer periods, understanding how the fundamentals of pole differ on spin versus static, and managing dizziness. After you’ve learned the basics, you will practice executing different spins and climbs on spin mode according to your level and previous static pole training. From there you will progress in spin pole class according to your skills on static pole and your ability to sustain moves for longer periods on spin.What to Wear: Comfortable clothing; fitted shorts that expose all of the upper thigh (i.e. booty shorts). This class leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform exercises and movements that are designed to increase your strength and enhance your overall physical condition. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. TRX Suspension Training:
